Shipment of your Order(s)
Islamic Book Publisher processes almost all orders received within 24 hours. Orders received before 4:00 p.m. EST - on any business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and US holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charge is $5.35 for UPS Ground service.
- Your order will be delivered promptly within 2 to 7 days depending on the state.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders received before 4:00 p.m. EST - on any business day are usually shipped the same day.
Orders received after 4:00 p.m. EST, will be shipped as follows:
- Ground Service: 1 day processing + 2 to 7 day delivery time depending on the state.
- Overnight (Next Day): 1 day processing + overnight delivery from the date of shipment.
- 2 Business Days: 1 day processing + 2 days in delivery time.
- 3 Business Days: 1 day processing + 3 days in delivery time

Please select 3 or 2 or 1 business day delivery as UPS does not do Ground Shipments.

Credit card purchases made at Islamic Book Publisher are backed by our security guarantee. This means that all the information you input is encrypted before it is sent to us, and once submitted to us, all customer data is protected against unauthorized access.
Pay by Phone:
Don't trust the Net yet? Even though we have a secure server dedicated for credit card processing, you have the option to call us and we will take your order over the phone. Please call us at the numbers listed under the "Contact Us" section and a customer service representative would be happy to assist you.
Out of Stock Items:
We make every effort to ship your product within 24 hrs. Occasionally, certain items are scarce and we run out of stock. In this case, we will notify you within 24 hrs, regarding the status of your order. We are confident that all orders are fulfilled within a week, however if you decide to cancel your order, you can do so anytime after we send you an email explaining the availability, etc.
All orders are monitored closely and we assure you that either your item will be shipped with a week or we can arrange for a full refund, credit or exchange after we notify you the status or your order. |
